Free Airline Ticket Application – Due to travel cancellations related to COVID, UT has funds available to purchase airline tickets for business purposes.

To apply for these funds complete the following application and submit it to the e-mail address on the form.

Effective November 1, 2020, the method in which a new card is requested, as well as any credit limit change requests, will transition away from the paper form to the new Concur Travel System.

Once you have completed your request in Concur, you will be directed to the K@TE training module for the questionnaire/cardholder agreement process.

This new process will be the same for both the procurement and travel cards.

A new online system allows University of Tennessee employees to access discounts and book work and personal travel all from one, central location.

UT Travel combines the many discounts available with airlines, car rental companies and hotels—making the process of booking travel easier and more efficient than ever. The system, powered by Concur, even offers an app for making and checking reservations on your phone. All travel booked through the system is supported by World Travel.
